Oleh was born in 1964 in Dolyna in the Ivano-Frankivsk Region of Ukraine. He studied in the Uzhorod College of Applied and Decorative Arts (1979-1983) and in the Lviv Academy of Applied and Decorative Arts, Ceramic Department (1987-1993). He is a painter and a graphic artist. Oleh moved to Canada in 2000 and works as a designer and painter. He has participated in national exhibitions in Ukraine and in international exhibitions in Britain, Spain, Norway, Canada, Sweden, Japan, Bulgaria, France, and Poland. Oleh is a member of the Artists’ Union of Ukraine and of the Ukrainian Association of Visual Artists of Canada.
